Stuffed Acorn Squash

I made a fabulous stuffed acorn squash the other day, so I decided to make a video of it. It’s not only delicious but is eye-appealing too. It can be made as a meatless main dish or used as a side dish to serve with your favorite entree. Try it and let me know what you think! Judi
